FROMAGE FORT:
450g bits of cheese (hard and soft)
1 tsp butter
1 clove garlic
1/2 - 1 cup of white wine
1 tsp chopped herbs: rosemary/thyme/chives or whatever you fancy
Salt and pepper to taste
Whizz the cheese, butter and garlic in a food processor;
Drizzle in the wine whilst the motor is running until it is all combined.
Whizz to your taste, ie. chunky or smooth
Add the herbs and salt and pepper.
Great on bits of toast/baguette/biscuits.
