• ½ pound grated cheddar cheese
• ¼ pound marg or butter
• 1 cup flour
• ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or Tabasco
• ½ teaspoon mustard
Mix grated cheese and butter/marg together. Add flour, cayenne pepper/Tabasco and mustard and mix well. Roll into 2 inch rolls and refrigerate for on hour. Cut into biscuits and sprinkle with celery salt. Bake at 350oF for about 10 minutes
