• 440g Butter
• 240g Sugar
• 400g Flour
• 25ml Cocoa powder
• 200g Oats
• 200g Coconut
• 5ml Baking powder
Chocolate Icing
• 250g icing sugar
• 25ml Cocoa powder
• Approx 60ml warm water
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients to form a soft dough. With floured hands roll dough into small balls. Place on a greased tray, flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 180oC for 15-20 minutes.
Icing - Sift icing sugar and cocoa, gradually add warm water to obtain a smooth runny consistency. Remove biscuits when cooked, place on a wire rack too cool. Drizzle with chocolate icing while still warm. Allow too cool completely. Store in an air-tight container.
