Take a medium tomotoe slice into disks then springle basil and Oregano. place into a hot pan with a little oil fry until scotched marks (add to flavour) doing both sides of disks Place on thick slices of bread and butter then poor the orange suace that is in the pan over the tomotoes. This is the orengano which turns into an amazing sauce when the acid gets to it from the hot tomotoes as they cooked. This is gorgous and turns boring tomotoes into mind blowing breakfast
