Buy one quantity of ready made bread dough from your local dealer.



Preheat oven to 180 deg C.



Grease a heavy bottom cast iron pot well with butter or non-stick food spray. Place balls of dough in pot.


Put lid on and let dough rise in oven for about 5 minutes. Take out and pour the following sauce over the bread.....



250 ml Cream

250 ml Brown Sugar



Place pot back into oven...Let it bake until you smell the caramel flavours, then its ready (about 30 minutes)



Serve with your braai and other salads. Very very yummy.



ANOTHER VARIETY: fry onions...place fried onions on the base of pot. Miix 1 Packet Knorr Brown Onion Soup with 250 ml. Fresh Cream and pour over the dough. Top with more fried onions
