• Butter
• Onion
• Crushed garlic
• Mixed herbs
• Bay leaf
• Sour Cream
• Salt and black pepper
Melt butter, add onion, garlic and herbs and bay leaf. Cover and cook very gently for 10 minutes or until onion is soft and golden. Stir in cream and season. Heat through.
Use sauce for pork sausage, hamburgers, frankfurters, gammon steaks and roast lamb.
