1 whole chicken
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
¾ cup dry sherry
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
paprika
Cut chicken into pieces.
Mix all ingredients except the paprika and marinate the chicken pieces in it for 3 hours. Turn it frequently.
After three hours, sprinkle the paprika, and bake in oven open, at 180 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
