Onions

Chunky Vegetable pieces
1 liter Orange juice
470 gram Mrs Balls Chutney
Salt to taste
Fry onion until brown. Place one side. Add chicken pieces in same pot and fry until brown. Return onions, together with orange juice and chutney. Add vegetables. Cook for approximaly 1 hour until vegetables are cooked through. Two potatoes may be added for a thicker sauce. A salt to taste.
