1 Large green pepper
2 Table spoons salad oil
1.5 cups cubed chicken ,this must be cooked already
1 clove garlic
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can pineapple cubes with juice
2 teaspoons soya sauce
In a sauce pan cook sliced peppers with diced garlic in the
2 table spoons of salad oil until tender,Blend in the chicken soup,
and pineapple cubes with juice,add the chicken cubes,add soya sauce
cook on low heat for 20 min stirring now and again.
Have it with rice.
