Boiled, sliced potatoes
Chopped mushrooms
Grated Cheese
250 ml Fresh Cream
1 tin Creamed style sweetcorn
1/2 teaspoon ground green chillies
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
Origanum
Mix cream, chillies, salt and pepper well. Spread over greased casserole dish. Add chopped mushrooms and potatoes. Add cheese over potatoes.. Layer and sprinkle origanum over. Bake at 180 deg C for 30-40 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
