Meal for one, or living alone... saves time, and washing up...



Place ingredients onto a sheet of tinfoil and bake in the oven @ mark 180 for 45mins to 1 hour.



Meat of choice. (Pork chop or sausage or chicken)

Vegetables of choice, spices and herbs as desired.



Wrap tightly in tin foil, place on a baking tray, and bake for desired period. (may require checking)



When ready, place wrapped parcel on to a plate, and open out the foil. Enjoy your meal.



After meal, disgard the foil, wipe the plate, and only wash up your cutlery..
