• Chicken pieces
• Oil
• Onion chopped
• Salt and Black Pepper
• 1T brown sugar
• 1t tabasco
• 1 cup peach chutney
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Tomato puree
• Worcestershire sauce
Fry chicken until brown. Remove to casserole dish and keep warm. Fry onions until brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour at 200. This dish is better the next day
