| 375 ml milk
80 ml sugar
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 ml salt
...
5 ml grated orange rind
Preheat oven to 160 deg C.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in individual ramekins. Half fill an ovenproof dish with water and place ramekins
