Try this easy salad which is delicious with curries. For you Or & Simone Kadar of SALADLOVER!!



* 2 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
* 4 spring onions, think sliced
* 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
* 1 chilli, thinly sliced with seeds
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
* Salt and Pepper to taste



Mix all the ingredients together lightly and serve!!
