need 900ml chicken stock boiling 25g butter 400g leeks finely chopped 1 smallpotatoe finey chopped150 double crm place stock in large pn bring to a gentle simmer thn separate pan melt the butter add touch of oil(stops butter sticking) add onion leak an potatoe over highheat to sweat(10 mins) strring continuous bring stock back to the boil add stock to veg mix and coverand medium heat for10 mins then add cream cook for 2 minutes and serve with bread rolls hmmm

Sounds delicious Terry. Will try it out, probably over the weekend when another cold front hits us.

Fantastic recipe... It the favorite of every one.. I like to make soups in winter in place of evening tea..
