2 packs of soup greens/vegies. wash, slice, put into boiling water, starting with the carrots and hard roots.
put in some stock powder... (any, but i used chicken).
add a packet of dry minestrone soup,
some mixed herbs,
salt,(if you like, sometimes the stock makes it salty enough),
some chutney. (i like to use quite a lot of this!)
add some fresh or tinned tomatoes.
boil for not too long... maybe about 45 mins all told.
right at the end, add some wine or sherry... ( i like lots!)
serve with chunky bread and butter, or dip bread into olive oil and balsamic... enjoy!!
