It couldn't be easier and oh so delicious!!! An old Afrikaans recipe which is a MUST!!!
• 250ml sugar
• 5ml yeast granules
• 1.5 litres lukewarm water
Mix all together, pour into a bottle, close tightly and leave to ferment for 12 hours. Turn the bottle upside down occasionally. Serve ice cold.
Makes 1.5 litres
