 UNBAKED CHOCOLATE COOKIES

PostSubject: UNBAKED CHOCOLATE COOKIES   Fri Apr 01, 2011 11:25 am

500 ml sugar

125 gram margarine or butter

125 ml milk

125 ml cocoa powder

750 ml oats

250 ml coconut

5 ml Vanilla essence

Butter a few sheets of wax paper. Place the sugar, margarine and cocoa in a large saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

In the meantime combine the oats and coconut. Remove the cocoa mixture from the heat, add the oats mixture and vanilla essence and mix. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture on to the buttered wax paper. Cool and enjoy.
