This is a winner!  bounce bounce

• 125mg smoked pork – diced
• 2 leeks or 1 large onion - diced
• 6 potatoes – diced
• 1 green pepper - diced
• 3 tomatoes – diced
• Garlic
• 4 cups chicken stock – use clam juice to make up the 4 cups
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Tabasco
• 2 cans clams
• 300ml cream
• Salt if needed
• Black pepper

Brown pork, add leeks/onions and cook until transparent.  Add remaining ingredients, except clams and cream.  Simmer until cooked.  Add clams and cream.  Adjust seasoning.
