600 gram Flour
5 ml Salt
10 ml sugar
10 gram Instant dry yeast (Anchor in the purple packets)
350 ml. warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
Mix flour, sugar, yeast and then add salt. Make a well and add water and oil. Knead well, cover and let the dough rise.
Cut into 4 pieces and shape into rounds before rolling out thin.
Bases freezes well too.
