4 Eggs
3/4 cup Cream
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese
3/4 cup chopped bacon (chopped chicken or ham can be used)
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion with 1 tablespoon green bell pepper.
Beat the eggs well and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well together.
Pour in a greased pie dish and bake at 180 deg C for 35-40 minutes.
