An all time favourite that always pleases.
* 1 pkt tennis biscuits
* 1 large peppermint crisp slab
* 2 sachets orley whip or use the equivalent in whipped cream
* 1 tin condensed caramel or boil condensed milk tin for 5 hours
Place layer of biscuits at the bottom of a dish. Beat orley whip until very stiff and mix in the caramel. Grate peppermint crisp and add. Spread over biscuits. Add another layer of biscuits spread on rest of mixture. Sprinkle with remaining grated peppermint crisp. Refrigerate.
