My friend Frances shared this delicious recipe with me. The word 'popcorn' can be deceiving. It's baked cauliflower served as a vegetable side dish and is really good. Always remember to add black pepper when cooking with turmeric. Enjoy!
* 8 cups of trimmed cauliflower florets
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tablespoon garlic salt - I used chilli and garlic seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Mix all together well and bake at 200C for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 5 cups.
