SERVES 4
2 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup golden syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 cup thick cream
splash vanilla extract
Melt sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan
Boil for about 5 minutes
Add cream and vanilla and mix together and remove from heat.
Heat up again about 15 mins before serving and remove from heat. This way it won't be too hot to eat and will be thick.
Serve in individual ramekins with strawberries, chunks of pineapples and chunks of banana for dipping.
