It's been many years since I tried this easy, but delicious recipe. No exact quantiles given, just add what you like. This one's for you Em xxx
* 12 cooked prawns
* Calamari rings - cooked
* Crayfish - cooked and sliced
* Chicken breasts - cooked and cut into large pieces
* Mussels
* 250g diced bacon
* Crushed garlic to taste
* 4 Green peppers - chopped
* 1 Cup cooked peas
* Lemon juice to taste
* Pinch of turmeric to colour rice
* 3 Cups cooked rice
* 1 Red pepper
Fry bacon until crisp, add onions, garlic and green pepper. Fry until tender. Add remainder of ingredients. Add some chicken stock if needed. Add tabasco sauce if needed and adjust seasoning.
