Please, please, please try this recipe - it is very more-ish!!!
• 200g cherry tomatoes, halved lengthways
• lemon and black pepper seasoning or something similar
• 500g tagliatelli
• 15ml olive oil
• 250ml strong cheese sauce
• 250ml cream – fat reduced if watching your diet
• 60ml pipped black olives, sliced into rings
• Fresh chives and origanum leaves to garnish
Preheat oven to 220c. Arrange the tomatoes cut side up on a baking tray. Season with lemon and black pepper seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Boil the tagliatelli in unsalted water until cooked. Drain and add lemon and black pepper seasoning and olive oil to taste. Mix the cheese sauce and the cream into the tagliatelli . Gently fold in the tomatoes and olives and garnish with chives and origanum.
