HURRY UP SPICE CAKE

I have been baking this spiced cake for years, long before Terry was born.   Now to find the biscuit version.  This is so quick and easy and for me, so yummy!  I don't really enjoy icing on cake, so for me, this is perfect!

450ml flour
120g butter
125ml milk
10ml baking powder.  
1t mixed spice
1t cinnamon
250ml sugar
2 eggs
2ml salt
1t vanilla essence
2ml ground cloves

All ingredients must be at room temperature.  Place all ingredients into bowl and beat very well for about 3 minutes. Turn into suitable baking tin and bake at 180 for about 1 hour.  I use a loaf tin.

Spread but butter if you like and enjoy.
