This recipe comes from Mark's granny....So easy and and so nice. They are absolutely moreish.

Mix together:

1 cup cooking oil

1 - 1/2 cups sugar

2 eggs

Sift in:

2 -3/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons Bicarbonate of Soda

Roll in little balls (walnut size) in the palm of your hands. Roll the balls into coconut and bake on a greased baking sheet at 180 deg C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
