 EASY MUSTARD CHICKEN

PostSubject: EASY MUSTARD CHICKEN   Fri Apr 01, 2011 11:09 am

2 kg Chiicken pieces
salt and black pepper to taste

SAUCE:


125 ml sugar

50 ml dry mustard powder

50 ml cake flour

125 ml vinegar

250 ml mayonnaise

250 ml boiiling water

Preheat oven to 180 deg C.

Season the chicken piece with salt and pepper. Pan fry chicken pieces in oil until brown on both sides.

Place in oven-proof dish.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Whisk well to combine and pour over chicken pieces.

Bake in oven for about an hour until soft and cooked.
