Please try this salsa recipe, it really is delicious. For those who can't get Ina Paarman's products, it's easy enough to substitute.

• 2 ripe avocados, diced
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 T (30 ml) Ina Paarman’s Coriander Pesto
• 2 – 3 T (30 - 45 ml) fresh lime or lemon juice
• Ina Paarman’s Chilli & Garlic Seasoning to taste

Lightly toss all ingredients together.
