EASY AND DELISHIOUS SALMON: SERVES 4
OVEN: 200 DEGREES C
4 x 200g salmon fillets
1 tbsp fresh dill sprigs
2 medium lemons
1 tbsp capers
2 tbsp lemon juice
Tear baking paper into squares big enough to take the salmon fillets
Place salmon in middle of paper
Top each fillet with a quarter of the dill, sliced lemon and capers.
Drizzle a bit of lemon juice over, and season.
Fold the baking paper to make a parcel and bake for 10 mins.
