 A blast from the past ice cream

PostSubject: A blast from the past ice cream   Tue Dec 06, 2011 12:51 am

2x250 ml cream

2 eggs

1 tin condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Beat cream very well till thick and forming peaks,
Add condensed milk and beat very well again,
Add egg yokes also beating very well;
Add vanilla essence,(and colouring if required beat lightly )
Beat eggs whites until stiff,Fold into mixture.
Add fruit if desired,
POUR INTO CONTAINER AND FREEZE


Eat and enjoy
