2 eggs
80 ml Fresh cream
pinch of salt
10 ml butter
5 ml Vodka
...
3 rashers Smoked Salmon
Spring Onion for garnishing
Mix together the eggs, cream and salt lightly. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in the mixture and cook for approx. 20 seconds. Occationally pull a wooden spoon through the egg, almost to create an omelette effect. Add the Vodka just before the egg mixture sets and cook for another 20 seconds. Serve with smoked salmon and garnish with spring onion.
NOTE: If the party was as bit hectic the night before, then this breakfast is just the right thing to start your day.
