I am not a steak lover at all BUT, I will devour every bit of it when I make this delicious sauce to accompany it!!! You simply have to tried this.
Adjust quantities depending on how many steaks you are cooking. These quantities are enough for 3 large steaks
• 3 steaks
• 1 feta cheese wheel, feta and black pepper is a good one – broken in crumbs
• ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes in vinaigrette
• ½ cup cream
Fry steak according to preference. Remove from pan and keep warm. Discard any remaining oil in the pan. In the same pan and on a high heat add cream and cook rapidly to condense the cream. As soon as the cream thickens add the sundried tomatoes and the crumbled feta cheese. Stir until feta has dissolved. Serve over steak! It’s the best!!!
