½ cup chopped ham
1 tin asparagus well drained
1 egg
½ cup cream
1 cup grated cheese
Pastry
Salt and Pepper
Line tin with the pastry. Cover edges with foil, prick base and bake blind for 15mins. Let it cool. Sprinkle ham over the bottom of the pastry shell, cover with asparagus. Combine egg, cream and cheese and pour over. Season and bake for 30mins at 200C.
