1 packet puff pastry

Filling:
1 pack diced bacon
handful of small tomatoes, halved
½ slice Camembert cheese - cubed
small handful fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
2 eggs
1 cup cream or Bulgarian yoghurt
Fry bacon and set aside.
Line an ovenproof dish with puff pastry.
Mix bacon and tomatoes and place in bowl.
Add cut pieces of fresh thyme.
Place cheese cubes strategically in bowl.
Beat eggs and cream / yogurt together and pour three quarters of them in a bowl.
Bake in oven open for 10 minutes at 180 deg C.
Remove and press holes in it, and throw the rest of the sauce over it.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
